Dear Valued Client

Cycles of life ebb and flow and we legal types are not exempt any more than anybody else. I feel that it is time for me to merge Brian Pelham: Riccarton Family Law and Dispute Resolution with another firm and largely retire from law.

It has taken some time to make the decision to give up life as a solicitor and principal of Brian Pelham: Riccarton Family Law and Dispute Resolution as I have very much enjoyed the practice of law and the contact with so many of my very loyal clients. But the good news is that I have arranged with my lifelong friend, Peter Maciaszek and his partner, Mark Brown, to merge Brian Pelham: Riccarton Family Law and Dispute Resolution with their firm, Geddes & Maciaszek Barristers and Solicitors.

I am genuinely pleased and delighted to be able to refer all clients of Brian Pelham: Riccarton Law and Dispute Resolution to Peter and Mark at Geddes & Maciaszek. Peter’s father was a mentor of mine in my early days as a young lawyer and Geddes & Maciaszek and Brian Pelham: Riccarton Family Law and Dispute Resolution have had a similar practice outlook and approach over the years. Brian Pelham: Riccarton Family Law and Dispute Resolution and Geddes & Maciaszek have both acted predominantly for families, individuals and small businesses in all fields of work including a strong element of all aspects of family work with client families coming back to them over several generations. I have worked collaboratively with Geddes & Maciaszek on many matters over the years and can endorse both partners unreservedly to you. Geddes & Maciaszek also have a team of several solicitors and legal executives in support and overall the firm is well equipped to meet all of your future legal requirements.

I’m absolutely certain Peter and Mark will look after you and your interests absolutely brilliantly.

Thank you for your past custom and loyalty, but I must say that I am now looking forward to growing old disgracefully!

Kind Regards

BRIAN PELHAM
